The Reef at Atlantic Beach is a Live Oak Contracting project coming to the Mayport area in Jacksonville, Florida. With 456 units spread across (2) five-story, modern buildings, this project sits a short distance to the coast with great shopping and dining options. The two-story clubhouse will include a roof terrace and game room which will overlook a pool, fitness center, mailroom, dog park, grill station, bike racks and storage, and outdoor recreation areas.
Residents will be able to take advantage of surface parking.
Live Oak broke ground in March 2020 and is expected to complete The Reef at Atlantic Beach in June 2022.
