Penman Road Renovations

I appreciate and greatly encourage the beautification and walkability of our city. I ride my bicycle to work everyday, have now for all this year. When I first started I thought penman would be a good route, not so. So much broken concrete makes the sidewalk unbearable to ride on; South of the five-point light.

In the packet above only a stock photo is used for the walk/bike road.
A separate and dedicated walk/bike road is necessary. Restricting golf carts off of this walk/bike road is also necessary. Minimizing the invisibility of pedestrians, and reducing the amount of cross-contamination between vehicles and pedestrians, needs to be a first objective.
