A car jacking occurred a little after 1pm on 3-23-23 along Atlantic Blvd., Heavy police activity, including officers with long guns drawn, helicopters and K9's in Neptune Beach near Margaret street Policing efforts resulted in a capture of a suspect who ran on foot through the neighborhood.
