Around Jacksonville Beach, they have parking kiosk. In the wintertime, they cover them up with a weather tight bag. It looks rather unslightly. Here's an idea! Local artists and crafts persons could come up with a art installations to go over the bagged kiosks. For example, in December, they could make big candy canes to slide over the top the kiosks. I think that would look a lot better!
