It was gangs that caused the disturbance a couple weekends ago and no police officers were around. There was a pub-crawl going on with veterans and we caused no PROBLEMS. The problem is the gangs and the lack of visibility of police officers where the gangs gather. Why should the majority suffer because of a few? Do we have to hire our own security for events, because the police cannot handle the thugs? We cannot feel safe to take our children or grandchildren to Jacksonville Beach for the lack of law enforcement of driving these gangs of the beaches.
