Wouldn't it be nice if city leaders would embrace the idea of a seaside arena in the Jacksonville Beaches Florida area? We have such a beautiful place with no civic center. A place to hold concerts, ballet, graduations, indoor bicycle races (velodrome & BMX), Skateboard contests, art exhibits, basketball, roller derby, etc... Thoughts?
